Shipping / Payments
What are your shipping services?
All orders are shipped through FedEx. They will offer several economy or express service options for both domestic and international orders. Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a confirmation notice containing a tracking number. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
When will my order ship?
The general estimated shipment date of your order is written on the Purchase page of each product in our website. Your timepiece will be made only after your order has been completed. As each product has a limited number that can be produced every month, when this number is reached your order will be added to a waiting list in chronological order.
Upon receiving your order, an verification email will be sent to you within 3 business days. This will contain details of your order including the limited edition number, date of purchase, confirmation of the engraved personal message should you choose to include one, as well as the estimated shipping date.
How much is shipping for my order?
This depends on three factors: 1) Which Time Sculptures product you order. 2) Your location. 3) The economy or express FedEx service you choose. If you contact us at <info@timesculptures.org> with this information, we can give you an estimate.
How long does shipping normally take?
Within the United States, shipping by the FedEx Ground service usually takes 2 to 6 days. Shipping internationally usually takes 3 to 7 days. These times will depend on your exact location as well as which economy or express FedEx service you choose.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs procedures at the destination country. Normal Industries holds no liability over such delays.
Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs upon arrival to your country. You will be responsible for paying any such custom fee that is required to complete delivery. Normal Industries cannot control, or calculate this amount in advance of shipping. Pease contact your own country’s customs office if you would like this specific information related to your order.

All of our products are shipped from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA.
Product Specifications / Issues
What type of movements are used?
All of our analog timepieces use a Takane quartz clock movement made in the USA. Every digital clock has a custom-made circuit board designed in the USA and made in China.
What set-up and maintenance is required for my Time Sculpture?
Every timepiece we sell is unique unto itself. Each piece has its own set of rules and requirements. A detailed explanation of maintenance and care is included with every shipment, and can be viewed in the Instructions / Care page for every product in this website.
Warranty
What is covered under Warranty?
Your Time Sculptures product is warranted by Normal Industries LLC for a period of 5 years from the date of its purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The Normal Industries warranty covers material and manufacturing defects.
This manufacture’s warranty does not cover the battery (if applicable), or damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, or accidents.
In the case of defects covered by this warranty, your timepiece will, at the sole discretion of Normal Industries, be repaired, or be replaced free of charge.
The warranty becomes void in the event that any person not duly authorized by Normal Industries, or its representatives attempts to repair the claimed defect.
Under no circumstances will Normal Industries be liable for any incidental, or consequential damages. All applicable implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, and of fitness for a particular purpose given to you by law are hereby limited in duration of this warranty. Normal Industries’s obligation is strictly limited to repair, or replacement as expressly stated in this limited warranty.

What is your return / refund policy?
To cancel your order for a full refund, you must contact Normal Industries within 7 days of when your order was placed. After this 7 day period, only a partial refund is possible on a case by case basis that will need to be determined at that time.
Once your timepiece has arrived you are expected to assess it within 14 business days from its delivery date. Failure to notify us of any issues, concerns, or product defects within this period constitutes your acceptance of your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your Time Sculptures product, please contact us at info@timesculptures.org within 14 business days from receiving your timepiece. Only a partial refund is ever possible, as certain components of your timepiece have been personalized, and cannot be resold.
The amount of the refund depends on several factors: 1) The type of Time Sculptures product you have purchased. 2) The condition of the product including its packaging. If a return is requested, the refund amount will be determined only after the item has been returned to Normal Industries so it can be assessed for signs of use and to what degree it can be resold.
All shipping and customs fees for a returned product is the responsibility of the customer.
